Open a Case

Tell us how we can help and our staff will work to resolve your issue. We are on the case!

 

Open a case: 

After opening a case with Cal Student Central, you will receive an online confirmation and case number. Please record your case number for future reference so that you avoid opening multiple cases on the same topic (which can delay your response time). All inquiries will be replied to via email.
 

Please note: In an effort to provide excellent service, we want to ensure that your tickets are responded to in a timely manner. The volume of tickets we received at the beginning of the fall semester made it difficult to respond as quickly as we had hoped. If you submitted a ticket that was not resolved, and your issue is still pending, kindly open a case again. We will work diligently to respond expeditiously.
