Your registration, housing and other fees are billed through CalCentral. Access your latest bill, amount due, and transaction details by logging into CalCentral with your CalNet ID.
About a month before the semester starts, a billing statement (e-bill) will be sent to you. Your financial aid awards will not appear on the first statement. Sign up for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) which allows any financial aid refund to be deposited directly into your bank account.
If you have been awarded financial aid, your file is complete and your registration is not blocked, aid will begin to apply to your account in CalCentral. Check CalCentral to be sure documents are complete and view aid disbursed to your account. Refunds for financial aid in excess of your balance will begin a week before the start of classes.
Your statement (available in CalCentral) will have the most accurate information of what you owe for the semester.
After the initial due date each semester, an e-bill will be produced monthly if there is an outstanding balance on your account. CalCentral will always have the most accurate account information.
